New: A preliminary version of this online data service has been released early and provides data through 2011.

The Renewables Information database contains comprehensive statistics on OECD renewables and waste production, supply and consumption from 1990 to 2011. For each of the 34 OECD member countries, the database also includes details on installed capacity and input energy mix to electricity and heat production from renewables and wastes. World supply data is also available. Country aggregates for OECD Total, OECD Americas, OECD Asia Oceania, OECD Europe, IEA and regional totals are included. This service is updated in April each year.

In July, the OECD files will be updated with revisions and 2012 data; the world historical demand and supply series will be updated with 2011 information.
